Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, collagen casing, sugar, iodised salt, Mei Kuei Lu wine (0,17%), moisturizing agents (451i, 452i), acidity regulator (262i), flavor enhancers (621, 627, 631), artificial food coloring (129).

Direction for use: Grill, stir fry or steam before using.
