Ingredients for broth
- Pork Ribs
- Phnom Penh Soup Base
- Tapioca Rice Noodle
Making the broth
- Put Pork Ribs in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring to boil, discard dirty water then simmer at medium flame for 1 hour.
- After about 1 hour, add content of soup base. Continue simmer at medium flame until pork ribs are softened.
- Adjust water to taste.
Preparing the garnishes
- Fried garlic
- Lime, hot sauce, hoisin sauce, bean sprouts, peppers, long chives leaves, sliced radish
Assembling the bowl
- Tapioca Rice Noodle: Blanch Tapioca Rice Noodle while broth is simmering
- Cooked and peeled shrimp
- Thinly sliced onion
- Broth: Pour hot broth into bowl
Product will defrost during delivery and the pieces may stick together.
